Every Appointment

Patch Tests & ConsultationPlease read before your first visit +

Patch tests

  • A patch test is needed at least 48 hours before your first tint, lash lift or brow lamination
  • Keep the patch test area dry and uncovered, and tell us straight away if you notice any itching, redness or swelling
  • Please book a new patch test if it's been 6 months since your last tint, or if your health, medication or allergies have changed
  • If you've ever reacted to hair dye or a black henna tattoo, please tell us before booking. Tinting may not be suitable

Please let us know about

  • Allergies, or any past reaction to beauty treatments or hair dye
  • Skin or medical conditions, and medication (especially retinoids or Roaccutane)
  • Recent peels, aesthetic treatments or brow/lash treatments
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Every appointment starts with a calm consultation. For brows, we map and agree your shape together before any hair is removed, and you're always welcome to ask for adjustments. Bringing a little one? Just mention it when you book.
